- Swimmers will be allocated poolside into 4 lanes based on ability/swim speed (maximum capacity 7 per lane)
- Please arrive on-time, and ready to enter the water 8:00pm prompt
- This is a 45 minute, ‘hard’ race prep session only
- You will need to exit the water promptly at 8:45pm to allow session B to enter the water
