Cycling: Hill Strength Session - Nevill Holt 🚵🏻‍♂️🏋️‍♀️

  • This session will run for a four week block
  • Session is one hour of hill repeat cycling, and the purpose is to build leg strength
  • There is an S&C element, consisting of activation and mobilisation prior to the main climbing set
  • You will need a bike, bike shoes, bike light, trainers, suitable clothing and a drink
  • Off road parking available
