Cycling: Hill Strength Session - Nevill Holt 🚵🏻♂️🏋️♀️
This session will run for a four week block
Session is one hour of hill repeat cycling, and the purpose is to build leg strength
There is an S&C element, consisting of activation and mobilisation prior to the main climbing set
You will need a bike, bike shoes, bike light, trainers, suitable clothing and a drink
Off road parking available
